This in-app chat service (“Service”) is designed to enable business-to-business communications between the operator of a marketplace (“Operator”) and third-party sellers on the marketplace (“Sellers”). 

The Service is provided by Marketplacer under contract with the relevant Operator. More information about Marketplacer and how we process your data in connection with our services is available here.

Before you use this Service, it is important that you understand:

1. Messages are sent company to company, not user to user.   Anyone with access to the recipient company’s account (at any access level) can view all messages you send.
2. Marketplacer may also access chats from time to time in order to provide customer or technical support.
3. It is a key term of your use of this Service that you must not input any personal, sensitive, or financial data into the Service.

We recommend that you store records of any important information you receive through the Service in another, safe storage location for future access. This is because your message chat history is temporary, and data may be purged from time to time. We also do not guarantee the ongoing continuity or availability of this Service.

If you use the Service in any manner that we consider to be inappropriate, unprofessional or harmful, we reserve the right to remove your access to the Service immediately. 

We reserve the right to modify, limit, suspend, and/or terminate the Service or your use of any part of it at any time.
