He is a trusted board member and advisor, working with brands including The Scout Store, The Mayborn Group, In Kind Direct, Clearpay, eshopworld, Marketplacer, Wiggle and White Stuff. Author of two best selling books, 100 Practical Ways to Improve Customer Experience and The Power of Customer Experience.  Martin runs a Mini MBA in Customer Centricity in partnership with the Oxford Professional Education Group.

Neil Park

Neil is of Head of E-commerce at Jarrold, a 250-year-old independent department store located in the heart of Norwich, Norfolk. Throughout his career in retail, Neil has served as a store manager, buyer, and now leading on E-commerce at Jarrold. He considers himself an E-comm “all-rounder” and has successfully led on many diverse projects including, online trading, digital marketing, development of a loyalty program, customer service and creating a marketplace. Under his leadership, Jarrold recently launched a new furniture website, www.thegranary.co.uk and is currently working on creating a shopping app. Neil serves as a Trustee at the Inclusive Schools Trust.
